Sana Karim is an SHRM-SCP certified HR professional with 14+ years of MNC HR leadership experience, and an ABNLP-certified NLP Master Coach. She founded Rise & Lead to bring the same frameworks used inside global organizations directly to the women navigating those organizations from the inside — ambitious professionals in mid-to-senior corporate roles building their next stage of leadership, wherever in the world they're based.
Her academic foundation spans a BBA from IBA Karachi and an MBA in HRM from Bahria University, paired with hands-on HR leadership roles across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and automotive sectors.
